Gareth previously designed a beautiful aquamarine and diamond pendant for me, and this visit was for a small 16th birthday gift for my granddaughter. On both occasions Gareth made me feel as tho I were the most important client of his day, and the skill and attention to detail given to each project was second to none. Received first class service from Gareth today. After struggling to find someone to do an evaluation, Gareth was able to do this for me within a few hours at a reasonable price. In fact, we'd only left the shop an hour ago when the valuation pinged into my inbox! Not only that, he was able to take some details right away so that I didn't need to leave my item with them. We also had a lovely chat with him too, what a lovely man :) Will definitely be back if I need any other services.
