Decent ramen for a good price. Toppings were plentiful, but noodles weren’t the best. Although firm, they didn’t taste especially flavorful. Almost similar to store-bought packaged ramen noodles. I would still go again, though.
So it is pretty affordable we’ll say, but I think that the Ramen quality could definitely improve but for the price can really complain. I think it’s about $12 for a bowl at lunch which compared to today’s prices the other Ramen shops is a steal. The Ramen itself was not bad. It had a lot of soy and miso notes, but I didn’t have that much creaminess like typical Japanese Ramen. It was actually more Chinese style than I thought. They also put a lot of Napa cabbage in the noodles to fill the bowl up; I wasn’t a huge fan since I’d rather have more noodles, but I think it comes to personal preference. The best part about the dish was definitely the egg I really liked the goose. It was perfectly salted comparable to other Ramen shops and it was also very jammy in the center. I would say for the area this r/‘en shop is OK but in comparison to all the Ramen shops, I’ve tried being up in Maryland and nova I think that this one is probably below par than what I usually have. The service was pretty fast I would say and they were very quick to get my bowl out, probably within five minutes.
Ashamed because I have been here enough that the staff recognizes me but I always forget to review! My Husband has had just about every ramen bowl on the menu. His favorites are the Dirty Ramen and the Tonkotsu Ramen. He travels to Japan a lot and says this is the only place in the 7 cities to match the flavor and authenticity and since we found it, now the only ramen spot we go to. 🤍 The miso, edamame, gyoza, corrode stay in our app rotation. As a pescatarian I am obsessed with the Veggie Ramen, Ebi Curry Ramen, and the Aji Fry Curry. The staff is so sweet, attentive and the cooks really put care into every dish they put out. There is no reason they shouldn't have a steady flow of busy, they are exceeding every mark. 10/10, A++ and we will be back soon!
not sure if this place is owned by Japanese, but good ramen, reasonable price , i love hot sake here.
I took my 11-yr old finicky foodie and he LOVED it. He ordered the seafood ramen and the bowl was huge! The Human Hoover couldn't finish it all! The flavor was amazing (I tasted his) and the price was great for the amount of food he got. I ordered the seaweed salad and gyoza. They were both really flavorful. I love a gyoza where the sauce is optional because it tastes so good without it. The staff was accommodating and kind. I'd definitely go back!
