I’ve been a customer of iClimate Solutions for 4 years, since my installation in 2001. The installation and equipment have been completely faultless during that time. Recently, I encountered a minor issue, and Freya was able to arrange for someone to come out and fix it. Adam personally came to resolve the problem within a few days. I couldn’t have asked for better service, his response was quick, efficient, and professional. Even knowing I’m located further from their main base, Adam made it a priority to get my system up and running again. Four years of trouble free operation so far, and I’m hoping for another three to come! I’ve recommended iClimate to others in the past and will continue to do so, they’re a truly reliable business to deal with.

Although the initial installation had some issues, I was extremely impressed by how quickly and professionally the team responded. They came back promptly, fixed the problem at no extra cost, and ensured everything was working perfectly. The quality of their work is excellent, and it's clear they are highly knowledgeable and experienced in what they do. Their commitment to getting it right and standing by their work really sets them apart. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for expert air conditioning installation.

We had a very good experience with iClimate. They installed 3 air conditioners - were efficient and left our house very tidy afterwards. We would definitely highly recommend them for aircon installation. The units are very quiet and iClimate were able to install them in a manner that hid all wiring- which was nice.

I wanted to thank Adam from iClimate, Goran, and the entire team and testify to the exceptional work they did installing a new 4-unit Fujitsu split air conditioning system in my Victorian house in London. The installation covered the kitchen, office, and two bedrooms, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. See photos. From start to finish, the quality of the work was top-notch, including the make good at the end. The team was professional, courteous, and efficient, taking great care to ensure everything was done to perfection. The attention to detail really stood out, and I was impressed with how clean and organized they kept everything throughout the process!! In addition to the great quality work, the price was competitive, which made the whole experience even better! As with any building or installation project, it’s important to allow some flexibility on timing and deadlines though. Though that’s to be expected in any home improvement project. Thank you again to Adam, Goran, and the team for making this a successful installation. I highly recommend iClimate for anyone looking for high-quality HVAC solutions!

We had an amazing experience with iClimate when they installed our new AC. From the first call, the admin team were super helpful and responsive, making the whole process easy and stress-free. The installers arrived on time, were professional, and did a great job. Adam took his time to explain everything and made sure we were happy before they left. The house is cooler than ever, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend them to anyone needing AC services!
