We've had Adam visit from iconic pest solutions. He was a through professional, took his time to go around and baited our property for Rodents problem. He said we will start seeing results in about a week and within 3-4 months it will take complete effect. I hope his bait works to get rid our severe Rodents problem from our property.

Alfie was amazing. He answered all my questions about the evil cockroaches. He explained for me what he gonna do and how he gonna do it which is very helpful and professional. Good service and friendly staff. Jeff ( a staff ) even responded to me at 11:30 pm when I signed up for a quote ( never thought it could be this quick )

Our service rep was Adam and I found him to be polite and well mannered. He did a walk around the property and proceeded with the general pest control application. To address the possum issue, he positioned the trap in the roof cavity above the service access hole. After a week, I asked that the trap be moved to the backyard under the mango tree where I suspect it had been feeding. The morning after it was moved, we had the animal in the cage. I draped a towel over the cage until it was picked up. Thank you Adam and Jeff.

Just had Bax come out for a general treatment - he was very thorough and even fumigated under the house. Very competitive pricing. He was professional and explained what I needed to do (or not do). I'll update this review in a few weeks if the treatment wasn't effective but so far so good!

Adam is one of the genuinely nicest blokes I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. We had a cockroach problem left behind from previous tenants which was causing us much concern as we have a young baby who is crawling around the house. Adam arrived and immediately put our stress at ease. He told us everything is solvable , and we would get the issue sorted. Adam took the time to listen to us and understand the problem, then commenced with a treatment through the entire property and outdoors as well as to into the communal areas. He left traps out for us to monitor, and explained to us throughout the process exactly what he was doing and why, along with preventative measures we can take. Most impressively, Adam took our calls in the following days as we had additional questions, and then proactively reached out a few weeks after to check the progress. We had seen one stray cockroach by the outside door (likely from outside), but Adam still came by again to do a final spray to make sure the problem was eliminated completely. I don’t often write reviews in this depth, but felt compelled to do so due to the exceptional quality of service we received through the entire process. Thanks so much Adam , you’re an absolute star !
