Great moving experience! I moved across the state and Brandon was the consummate professional. He and his team were flexible (we transported a vintage VW bus too!), thorough and did a fantastic job. I absolutely recommend them !

Brandon was great to work with. He was very straightforward. Derek and Daniel Jr. did a great job loading the truck and they were so pleasant. Derek drove the truck to Phoenix and my things and my car arrived safely and on time. I Highly recommend Idaho Premier Moving.

My mother lives in a 55+ community and needed to move from one unit to another one on the 3rd floor. She was originally scheduled for 3:00 PM, but received a text indicating the time was changed to 11:30 AM. Nobody bothered to call and see if this time worked for her. Both movers were nice and moved her things in 2 hours. There was an elevator so they didn’t nave to climb stairs. They did have an accident with one of the plastic tubs where everything fell out onto the floor. Luckily nothing was broken. However, when moving her Lazy Boy sofa, they managed to scratch one of the front legs. Plus there was a lot of hair/other particles on the same end of the sofa as the scratched leg. They didn’t bother to mention this to her. She noticed the problems after they left. She was able to remove most of the debris, but the leg on the sofa is going to need major repair or replacement. She’s had this sofa for over 20 years and is heartbroken by the damage. This move should have been extremely easy. There’s no logical reason for the leg on her sofa to be so damaged. We definitely won’t be using this company again or recommending them to any family/friends.
