We hired IDCO with the hope of developing a professional website for our design studio, and while they were always pleasant and friendly to work with, our overall experience was unfortunately disappointing. - Pros 1. The team is polite, responsive, and easy to communicate with. 2. They were willing to make revisions when requested. 3. Their process is clearly explained and well-structured on paper. - Cons 1. After more than six months, and over $5,000 paid, we still do not have a functional website. 2. The design iterations we received felt amateurish and did not reflect the quality or professionalism we were expecting based on their portfolio. 3. Significant amounts of time were lost due to repeated revisions and lack of progress. 4. Despite the unsatisfactory results, no portion of the payment was refunded. 5. The final outcome did not justify the investment in either time or money. Overall, while the team was kind and easy to interact with, the lack of deliverables and the poor quality of the work make it difficult for us to recommend their services. We hope our experience helps other businesses make a more informed decision.
IDCO has been a game changer for my sanity and my business. I have nothing but the highest praise for IDCO, and the exceptional service and products they offer. Their bespoke website design templates are simply gorgeous and the hand-holding implementation process was seamless.
