My MacBook wasn’t working after I spilled water on it. Honestly, I’ve only been here for three weeks, and I don’t know much about Australia yet, so I was really overwhelmed. TRUELY THE BEST IN SYDNEY!! - So my phone decided to go for a swim at the beach and sink 2m down between some rocks. After 20mins of being underwater and paying a guy to dive to retrieve it i knew I had lost everything. I drove 3hrs from the south coast to take it here and I was not disappointed. After 2 days he had the phone, it was on and operational. I extracted my 2FA apps and most importantly photos of my mother who passed away last year. He knew how important this was to me. I couldn't be happier to have access to everything and load it all on to my new phone. Price was so fair a paid him more! You won't find better! If I could give 10 stars I would! Highly recommend.
I got to know iExperts through my friend, and it was the best decision I’ve made! I dropped my 6-year-old iPhone XS Max and needed to replace the screen, and I also asked for a new battery. My laptop was broken, and I honestly didn’t know what to do. But then I found out the owner was Korean, and I felt so relieved and welcomed. Since my laptop is from Samsung, I searched for a Samsung repair shop and found this place. It can be a little hard to find – it’s on the 9th floor, so make sure to call ahead. The owner is Korean, so communication is very easy and comfortable. If you’re Korean and need tech repairs, I highly recommend visiting here. The owner is extremely kind and helpful.
