This was my wife and I first law immigration lawyer ever. The reason I am rating it 4 stars is due to the communication issues we had with one of ify’s case manager “Allison”. She was very unprofessional, it was very confusing when communicating with her and kept us in constant stress throughout the process because she kept asking us lawyer questions that we did not even know and on top of that her microphone was so bad we could barely understand a word she was saying. However it was all resolved after we brought it up to ify’s attention and she was able to switch our case manager right away to PAMILERIN OYEWOLE. Pam was very professional and communicated constantly with us throughout the entire process until we got the green card. I definitely would recommend her in future filings. Ify was also pretty great and answered all of our questions that we had before, during and after the interview, she also attended the interview telephonically with us which really helped us feel secure.
