Ignitify is the ONLY company I would recommend for your heating and air conditioning needs in El Paso. They are always prompt to respond and keep you informed every step of the way. Omar was fantastic from assessment, to installation, to clean up. He answered every question and concerned and personally oversaw the entire project. Highly recommend.

My family and I had a wonderful experience working with Ignitify. Beginning with the techs who kindly assisted my elderly mother. We ended up having to install a whole new furnace as ours was 25 years old. The company was prompt and facilitated installing the new furnace quickly. They also problem solved with us for payment options that made sense given my long distance circumstances. Thanks go to Randy Montes for his assistance through this. We look forward working with Ignitify for many years! .

I contacted Ignitify because of how much they support local organizations (I am a cat lady, so after Mandarin Retreat 🐈 recommended them, I knew they were a local company I can trust). Price was very good (I was able to take advantage of their promotion); Adrian Martinez (the tech) was very friendly and was able to answer all of our questions. After the PM we had some recommendations for our HVAC system, we were not able to afford the extra service today… but we will be calling them in the future to address the recommendations for sure!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! From the very first phone call, their customer service was professional, friendly, and extremely responsive. They scheduled me quickly and kept me updated every step of the way. The technician arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my system in a way I could actually understand. Not only did they repair the issue efficiently, but they also performed a full check to make sure everything was running smoothly. I also really appreciated their honesty and transparency. It’s rare to find a company that combines great workmanship with genuine care for their customers, but this team does it all. My home is now perfectly comfortable, and I have peace of mind knowing I can count on them for future maintenance.
