We came to ihome after a disappointing service from bobs and boy did they go above and beyond. They are very welcoming and super friendly and knowledgeable which is just what you want when trying to decide what type of couch to buy. We ended up getting help from Camila and she was great, she helped us customize our couch from the material to the color and even went as far as letting us borrow her tape measure to get the measurements from our home!!! If that’s not top notch service then I don’t know what is😊 we received our couch within 3 weeks just like Camila said, we had a little issue with the firmness of the cushions and she helped us sort it and sent us the new ones in 2 days. We love our new couch and have had many compliments on it, not only does it look good it’s also incredibly comfortable. Anytime someone asks us about the couch we send refer them to iHome, give them a go and you will not be disappointed!!!
I am glad that I went through. I home furniture. I really love my L-shaped sectional. If you really looking for furniture I really recommend I home delivery drivers were amazing and set up everything so fast The owner and the manager were so helpful and very nice thank you. I home furniture.
We absolutely love this furniture store! We furnished our entire home with them and couldn’t be happier. From the beginning, the staff was kind, patient, and super helpful they really took the time to help us find exactly what we wanted. We even custom-made a sofa, and it turned out perfect, just how we imagined. We visited several other stores before deciding, but this one had the best prices and by far the best service. Delivery was also a great experience Tony and Augie were amazing! Super friendly, fast, and careful with everything. They made the whole process even better. This place has truly earned our trust. We’ve come back several times already and will definitely keep coming. Highly, highly recommended!
We are very happy with the sofa and. chair from iHome. Camila spent a lot of time with us to select fabrics, asking questions and advising us so that we were able to get exactly what we wanted. The furniture was made to our specifications and was delivered exactly two weeks later. It looks amazing and is very comfortable, creating a space that is inviting and enjoyable to spend time in. I highly recommend iHome for anyone looking for new furniture at a reasonable price.
I got my bedroom and living room set here and I am absolutely in love with it! From the customer service and the time that the reps dedicated to me till the delivery and set up! The quality it’s really good and the prices are fair! I have been looking for this for a couple months and this place gave me good prices, variety and quality ! I picked something from the catalog and the picture was nice but in person looks even better 😍 It was a lot of variety but they helped me to understand what was my style and how to pick the right pieces for me! Absolutely recommended 🙌🏼🫶🏼
