Well done IKEA for the great offer: 99p falafel + veg cous cous! (with membership card only) January blues get lighter with you! Restaurant staff is always kind and polite. You can stay as much as you feel like and get a coffee free with a membership on weekdays 💙☕💛 Total spent for a small meal: £1.84 😱

Pros: Massive store, great layout, loads of choice, easy parking, tasty food court, and generally helpful staff. Cons: Gets very busy, queues can be long at peak times, click & collect books up fast, traffic nearby can be a pain.

I am only giving a 2 star because they had what I needed in stock. This is the second time in a week that I have had to visit this store to return incorrectly purchased items. The returns desk is always full of staff having a laugh but barely serving customers. It’s like they’re going in slow motion. Very frustrating! It is also a very dirty store! The toilets and eating areas are not kept well! You can see from the photos I took of the little restaurant by the checkouts the filth. Again there were more than 3 staff and not many customers! They were standing chatting as well! Disgusting Ikea! It has been like this most times when I visit!

I love Ikea & the Bristol one is great; free parking, plenty of space for everyone & the food is such good value for money - everything we got cost £25!
