Faultless service provided by a friendly and hardworking team. I'd (rather embarrassingly) caused some scratches and dents across several panels of my car. I'd searched around a few places for quotes and found their prices to be the most reasonable- especially since they actually asked me to bring my car in to have a look at rather than just going off of photos. They examined my vehicle, suggested a turnaround time of about 2-3 days so I booked myself in for a week's time. Dropped it off the following Wednesday morning and got a call first thing on Friday telling me that everything was finished. I couldn't believe how good of a job they'd done. I can almost (almost) pretend the incident never happened! We did notice that the door wasn't locking at first but the team managed to get this sorted within about 10 minutes while I waited. There's a chance that this was caused by the initial incident itself so I'm doubly impressed that they resolved this issue so quickly. Would give 6 stars if I could 😊 thank you for your help and, in the nicest way possible, I hope to never see you again! 😆

Did a stellar job, my car looks good as new! FC&C repaired damage to my car’s quarter panel - every other garage I spoke to wanted to replace the entire panel and for triple the amount FC&C quoted me. I took the car in Monday morning and got it back first thing Wednesday morning. Can’t fault it at all, I have recommended FC&C to all my friends and my partner’s colleagues.
