The sales rep was very thorough and diligent through the entire process which included the digital mockup of the signage we were purchasing. The process was very smooth from end to end with a very positive end result (outside building sign) that we will be proud of for years to come.

Many this reviews are not true because this company is completely SCAM after take from you 20/30k they never answer phone call and emails. They just print plastic and stick on the wall . Customers service is nightmare; every times you call the owner (Brian) is on meeting because won't take responsibility for bad job done. They didn't do any test and if some letters doesn't work it's your problem . During the installation they broke some letters because they fell to the floor but no one in the office takes action to replace or repair the damage. we have witnesses who can confirm that your installers dropped the letters to the ground before putting them up and the power works perfectly but the letters DO NOT. Stay way from this company and save your money .
