So that was an amazing client experience! ...and they have alcohol available if you want to include that in a gift basket. Online ordering was easy: I ordered online within 3minutes because the forms were very simple and flowed well, was able to add a personal message, and purchased. Turnaround time was amazing: The basket was to be delivered within the Waterloo area and it was at the door early afternoon the next day! Delivery driver was courteous: The driver waited at the delivery address after there was no answer at the door until I was contacted to let the homeowner know their delivery was there. Client service was 'client excellence': Kenisha was very friendly and accommodating to help the delivery when the owner wasn't home to find a time that would work better.
