Gave Cris a call to clean my Lexus. I was able to be booked by the next day and Cris came on time & did excellence on the inside & out of my car! Much appreciated.

I recently paid for an auto detailing service that included vomit removal, and unfortunately, the results were disappointing. While some of the vomit was cleaned, a noticeable amount was still left behind, which was frustrating given that this was the main reason for booking the service. On top of that, the interior detailing did not meet what I would consider a normal or professional standard. There was still visible dirt in the crevices and hard-to-reach areas that should have been properly cleaned. It also appeared that instead of thoroughly cleaning certain surfaces, products like Armor All were applied over dirt on the seats to give them a temporary shine rather than actually removing the grime. This made the car look better at first glance, but it didn’t address the underlying cleanliness issues. The technician who came out was polite and respectful, which I do appreciate. However, for the price paid, I expected a much more thorough and professional job. The technician also mentioned that the company sends out different people for jobs, so you don’t get the same detailer each time. He arrived in a Honda Civic with some equipment, but not what I would expect from a professional mobile detailing service. I received a message asking how the detail went, but after explaining that I still had to clean parts of it myself, I never got a response back. Some accountability would be appreciated

Called to have a semi truck's interior cleaned. Company was charged more than $250 & this is how it was left after the interior dried out. Do not pay until you are satisfied with job. No response after I explained & sent pics. Unacceptable service & Non immaculate detailing.

The number on the website is not this company! It is actually West Coast Detailing. Did not bring their own water like most do. I asked when making the appointment and the gentleman I reserved the appointment with said they bring everything themselves, which was a lie. It was fine that he took 5 hours and 30 minutes, but there were still some spots in the cup holders and by the charging port that had coffee drops (that I was able to easily get off myself after). The detailer was professional and communicated well, no issues with him overall. But not worth it for the price, there are better options.

I hired them for a full detail and paid extra for vomit removal. While prompt and kind, the work was terrible for the price - $240. There was 0 attention to detail. Vomit was still left in many crevices in and outside the car. I rolled the window down and the whole edge was covered in vomit still. Excessive lint and haze on all glass - I doubt the inside of the windshield was even cleaned. The trunk space was not cleaned at all. To top it all off, all the ultra-suede trim was flattened out - nap does not change directions like it's supposed to - and I really hope it is not permanent damage. I spent a lot of time afterwards cleaning the car myself. I'm no pro, which is why I hired them, and I can't get rid of the smell still so I have to find someone who does pay attention to detail to thoroughly clean the car and can hopefully restore the ultra-suede trim that was flattened out by this company.
