If you enjoy overpaying for a cramped room, glitchy equipment & dealing with employees who would rather be anywhere than there, then this is the place for you! Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience for our family of six. The room was so cramped that our youngest was injured almost immediately. We stepped out to ask if he could sit out or if we could simply finish the first 30-minute game we’d already paid for instead of starting the second game. Despite the injury, we were met with a rigid “no exceptions” policy, no refunds or adjustments within 24 hours, period. To make things worse, the game itself barely worked. Two of the helmets repeatedly failed to connect, forcing multiple restarts and killing any momentum or fun we might’ve had left. Customer service was dismissive at best, and repeated calls to the manager went completely unanswered. Overall: overpriced, uncomfortable, and poorly managed. If you’re looking for a similar interactive gaming experience that’s actually well run and backed by stellar customer service, skip this place and go to Activate instead. It’s genuinely a blast and the customer service is stellar.

Our Blueprint Builders had an incredible experience at Immersive Gamebox for our holiday gathering. The activities pushed us to think critically, communicate clearly, and solve problems together under pressure. Several builders shared how they learned to trust teammates, step back to let others lead, and combine different ideas to reach the right solutions. It was fun, challenging, and a powerful way to strengthen our problem‑solving skills as a team. Highly recommend for groups looking to build collaboration through hands‑on thinking and strategy. Very cool concept! I wish the rooms were a bit bigger and a better drink selection but overall, great team building for our group!

This was more than we expected. It was great, lots of movement and engaging with the screens. The GM Drevyn was such a nice guy. So pleasant, and he told us about other games he thought we would enjoy. We will definitely come back.
