I paid $350 for mini detailing but nothing was waxed. My wheel rims still have dust. Car seat samphoo was done but my car seat is still full of stains. I am really regretting my decision for the mini detailing as all my windows have water marks which they said could not be taken off. Highly dissatisfied. It’s not mini detailing but just exterior wash and vacuuming Carpet. I had to clean the car as i got back home. I feel like i have been ripped off. Returning after a few month experience: I went in for an exterior car wash after i called them and made a booking as this place is just 10 min away from me. However upon my arrival they recognised me and said i posted a review about them and they will not provide any service to me. A guy tried intimidating me by speaking rudely and aggressively. Also took pictures of my vehicle, probably mine too. This is the worst customer service i have ever encountered in Australia. I went to silver sponge after they rejected to serve me and i got a wonderful service from them in cheaper price. I wish there was a zero star option.
