Imperial Event Rentals was excellent to work with! The customer service was on another level. The woman assisting me with the ordering process and pickup/dropoff was super responsive and helpful. I was able to place the order quickly, efficiently and at an excellent price point. I will be using them again for all of my party rental needs as a mobile bar owner. The product was perfect for what the client needed. Thank you for all of your assistance!

Imperial event rentals were great! They dropped off the tables two days early which allowed us to prepare early for the wedding and picked up the day after. Communication and delivery were great. They even provide a tracker to see where your delivery is! 100% recommend!

For the past 4 or 5 years, we have been renting from Imperial for large gatherings such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. We always rent chairs, tables and charger plates, but Imperial has a huge selection of rental items to choose from. They have always shown up for delivery and pickup when they say they will, and they are competitively priced. Their items are also in excellent condition and I have rented in as little as two days before an event with no problem. I highly recommend their services!

Imperial Rentals made my Thanksgiving setup so easy! I rented tables and chairs for the holiday, and everything arrived on time, clean, and in perfect condition.
