After reading positive reviews for Imperial Upholstery, I contacted them through Messenger to get a quote to have one end of our reclining sofa restuffed. They were quick to respond and had reasonable rates. We scheduled pick up and I was given an estimated time frame for completion. It was actually completed sooner than advised but return was delayed due to our lovely winter weather and I was kept informed accordingly. It was a pleasure to work with all employees. They are kind and friendly. I highly recommend them for all your upholstery needs.

Imperial Upholstery came highly recommended to me from a local fabric supplier and while I have had upholstery done before with another company, it had been 10+ years, and the previous company who did the work was no longer around. As someone who has been through this process before, I can say with credibility my experience with Imperial was amazing! From the immediate response I received with a quote when sending in a photo of my project with measurements, to the patients they had as I sourced my fabric and thought through design decisions once they had started the work, their customer-centric approach is apparent. It's so rare these days to find many companies who truly put the customer first, but that's exactly how I felt working with Imperial! Imperial Upholstery did a beautiful job of repairing a seat cushion for my Vintage Couch. I had spoken with other area upholsterers and they had been doubtful they could repair the cushion at all. Imperial made the drive to my home and gave me an estimate on the spot. They also personally delivered the cushion once complete and the job that was done brought tears to my eyes.
