We had a wonderful experience shopping for my daughter’s wedding dress. Kristen was assigned to us and she was absolutely AMAZING!! My daughter left her dress options wide open. Kristen spoke to her, asked all the right questions, paid attention to all the little details and when I say she delivered stunning dresses that accented my daughter’s beauty perfectly is an understatement! Kristen was whimsical, attentive, professional, and personable. She provided my daughter (and the rest of us) with an unforgettable experience and for that I’m grateful!

5 Stars. Especially for Ms. Samantha Monroy. I came in with 2 weeks before my wedding remaining HATING my dress. When I asked if she had any appointments for right in that moment she said, no, but she allowed me to go off on my own and try dresses on anyway. This store and staff are SO MUCH MORE personable, friendly and relaxed than Davids Bridal just down the road. Not downing the other bridal store, but they are definitely more of the unaffordable and kind of uptight store compared to impression bridal. Ms. Samantha Rocks! She communicated with me clearly and politely that she was busy with other brides, but definitely would help me pick some stuff out, which she did.And she was very knowledgeable and so very kind. I didnt have a big budget..400$...and she found me the perfect dress. It was originally over 2k but she went above and beyond discounting, it for me due to their close out/clearance sales and just being a genuine nice person. She was patient, punctual and kind. She helped me find my dream dress and was even so considerate that she offered up different options for sleeves and different kinds of alterations they could do. She was AMAZING.

Kristen is MAGIC! I told her my vision and she chose the most perfect dress. After trying on the first one, I did not want to try on any more. Also, she is just an amazing person that I enjoyed getting to meet. Highly recommend this shop!

I definitely found my dream dress at Impression Bridal! I could honestly say it was worth every penny and also felt like great quality. I have nothing but good things to say about Yen who was so helpful throughout this whole process and is amazing at what she does! She altered my dress perfectly, it fit just right. She was very careful with every detail and gave me great tips for my wedding day. 100% worth it!

Chloe was my stylist and helped me find the most perfect gown. I came it with low expectations because I had to keep a conservative budget. That said, she found beautiful options for me within my price range, and made my experience so special and memorable with my mom and cousin. Impression Bridal tales the time to really learn about your style, wedding, comfort, and budget. Thank you, Chloe, you are absolutely wonderful! Can't wait to wear my dress 🥳💕!
