I finally found someone to groom my dog here in Reno! My dogs fur is wooley and can get matted pretty easily. Shannon took good care of my Australian Shepard dog and did an amazing job! I made the mistake a few months ago of taking her into petsmart and was very disappointed with their service. My dog had a few cuts/wounds from them. If you are looking for a great grooming service, Shannon is the one for it!

Shannon was great! Timely, professional and amazing with our dogs. He did a very good job with the bath and grooming. So nice to have them come to our home for mobile grooming and not have to drop off our dogs to be left in a kennel. Nice service, will book again!

Shannon came by to help my corgi with a full grooming service, and he did an absolutely amazing job! My pup came out looking (and smelling) fantastic — his coat was super soft, perfectly trimmed, and she even managed to get his fluffy rear looking neat without losing that signature corgi cuteness. Shannon was kind, patient, and clearly cared about making sure my dog was comfortable the whole time. You can tell he really loves what he does. I’ll definitely be coming back for all our future grooming appointments — highly recommend Shannon! 🐾

Our Shepherd Husky had a great experience with Brittany who is very good with dogs, she gave our dog a good brushing, a bath and tidy up and he smells good, clean and looks wonderful, we have one happy dog! Thank you Brittany!
