Went there yesterday around 6 pm and the place was kinda dirty, they seem to not have cleaning people anymore in the afternoons, the front desk staff isn’t welcoming, they ignore you and give you the dirtiest looks and the girl staff seem more interested in the guys that they are flirting with. Front staff doesn’t clean and they spend the whole time talking to each other. I hope they change their attitude and keep this place cleaner.

The White lane facility provides a full gym workout with all kinds of machines that will work any part of your body. In Shape offers studio classes like Zumba, Body Pump, Yoga and Silver Sneakers. My favorite is Silver Sneakers because it works you from head to toe. Cynthia the instructor is Awesome! She makes the class fun and inviting with great playlists and although we have back to back classes they are never the same. Cynthia focuses on balance, strength and agility that we need as we age. She is very informative about the exercises and provides different levels for each exercise. Cynthia encourages social interaction and gets us to sing along. This class is what I look forward to every day!

The staff is more welcoming than before. They make you feel happy to come and work out now. Also when you leave you almost always get a closing greeting. The dance room floor needs to be swept more often. Also some of the bells and noodles for the Aqua class need to be replaced. Our Awesome teacher Cynthia walks around the pool area before class and picks up all of the trash. Our teacher Cynthia is the best teacher ever she helps the senior citizens to become more fit.

The staff is extremely friendly. The facility is always in pristine condition. The management is remarkable, to say the least. The gym equipment is always maintained.

I enjoy going to this inshape location time to time! I like how clean it is and how they offer many machines to choose from. Also, I enjoy how big their cardio section is and some upstairs since I’ve been focusing on cardio a lot lately. The staff that work here are very friendly, welcoming, and overall make the atmosphere positive while working out! Lastly, last year in March I started going to this location as well when I first started my weight loss journey and it’s been a whole year and I’ve lost 100lbs!
