Victor and the team at Independent Air Conditioning are highly professional and friendly. After being told we couldn't replace our ducted system without engaging a structural engineer to redesign our roof trusses, Victor came to do his own assessment and presented a few alternative solutions. The quality of the workmanship was fantastic, and I'd have no hesitation recommending Independent Air Conditioning!

Victor was excellent. Fast, responsive and honest. My ducted system died, I could smell melted plastic. Called 3 air conditioning companies. One didn't answer, one told me I just needed a whole new ducted system then didn't show up to do the quote. Victor from Independent was booked in the next day, came out and checked it out thoroughly, gave honest feedback about what the problem was and why (didn't need a new system) then had parts ordered it fixed within a week.

I don’t normally leave reviews but felt this deserved one. Highly recommend Victor and his team. Great from the initial site inspection all the way through to the end. Good communication, competitive pricing, alternative options to suit budget. Victor particularly liked my project as it was a bit more complex than standard installs and he welcomed the challenge where some other companies didn’t want to quote as they thought too hard. Victor knows his stuff, great attention to detail and a pleasure to work with. Definitely my go to Air Con guy. Went above and beyond what was required and quoted. For air con jobs, Victor is your man.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend Independent Air Conditioning! A wonderful family-owned company — polite, punctual, and incredibly professional from start to finish. Their attention to detail was impeccable. They encountered several issues from a previous installation done by a less-than-careful labourer, but took the time to fix everything properly without charging me extra. It’s rare to find tradespeople who take such pride in their work and genuinely care about the result. I couldn’t be happier with the service — absolutely 5 stars!
