I scheduled a 9am 90min massage here. The morning of I received a text message with details on how to get in 6 minutes before my appointment. The instructions say to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. I finally get in and I end up waiting a total of 35 minutes. I then call the number again on the website, because initially when I first got in I called that same number and no one answered. I called and someone finally answered and said she would be out shortly, they weren’t aware of the tardiness. A couple minutes pass & I call back just upset and let them know I’m walking out and want a refund. They apologized & said they’d issue the refund. This was supposed to be my first time here and I was looking forward to such a relaxing part of my morning for weeks. Especially since I haven’t had a massage in a while. I will not be back & definitely will not recommend this place to anyone.

Larissa did an amazing job! She was very welcoming and her aura speaks for itself. I felt comfortable. She got all the tension out of my body and I left feeling relaxed. 🙌🏼

Deja did a wonderful job during my 60-minute therapeutic massage. I hold a lot of tension in my shoulders and hips and particular technique worked wonders in just one session. She seems sensitive and intuitive which are great qualities in a massage therapist. Also, the space was nice, relaxing, and the booking process was easy. Make sure you pay attention to the text message with directions to the studio once you're in the building, it's not super obvious otherwise but with the directions they give it's very straightforward. I look forward to scheduling more appointments with Deja!

Deja did an incredible job! I had knots and tension in my neck/shoulders and felt significantly better immediately after my massage. She took time to understand what my goals were and also gave helpful advice for “aftercare” … I will absolutely be going back and will be referring other friends and family to her!

***UPDATE**** The owner called me pretty quickly after my review to apologize and make it right, he offered the option of a refund for the 20 minutes or to come in for another massage on another day. I highly appreciate a business who can make things like this right. Great ownership and I assured him, my massage was very good, I was just disappointed about not being compensated for the previous client’s time going over into mine. So thank you to the owner, that’s good business! My massage itself was very relaxing and I definitely felt tensions release in my shoulders and neck. However, my 90min massage appointment was at 12. I arrived at 11:52, as the text I received with instructions said to arrive 5-10 min early. I waited out on the bench until 12:15. By the time I got into the room and undressed it was 12:20. My massage still ended at the original end time of 1:30. This is really frustrating because I had to pay ahead of time to book and I did still leave a tip because I feel to guilty to not tip at all for any services. So I paid the 90 min price for a 70 min massage, the 75 min massage was listed as $20 less online. I definitely didn’t get my money worth, and it’s not my fault the client before me ran over time for whatever reason. I feel as though my massage should have been extended the 20 minutes or refunded for the 20 minutes that I didn’t receive.
