I go to Tiffany for CoolSculpting, and she is absolutely AMAZING! She has years of experience and is extremely knowledgeable — a true expert. From the moment I met her, I was extremely comfortable and knew I was in good hands. She truly listens to your concerns and goals, is always happy to answer questions, and explains the process clearly. You can tell how passionate she is about CoolSculpting and doing what’s best for her patients. I couldn’t be happier with my results and am so glad I chose to see Tiffany. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I’m seeing Katie Sullivan for skin concerns and I have to say, she’s one of the best providers I’ve ever worked with. I have normal to dry skin, acne scarring, and active acne that I’m trying to address prior to my wedding. I met with Katie for a complimentary consultation, and I was surprised by how much time was spent trying to understand my specific concerns/desires for treatment, as well as the time spent educating me on the particulars of various services and skincare as a whole. Most places I’ve been to try to rush free consults out in 10 min or less, but I spent a good 35-40 minutes talking with Katie on our first session. I went back to her the next day for a custom facial appointment to treat myself for my birthday, and it was amazing! My skin felt great after, and she’s a very skilled esthetician. I’m now returning for a course of laser facial treatments to help control my acne prior to the big day; it’s the least invasive option, and it could have been an opportunity to upsell and do the most intense treatment to get “the best” results before my wedding in March, but she recommended a treatment that best suited my skin’s needs at this time before we potentially move onto more intensive treatments down the line. For the level of care and attention paid to clients, I really think this place is worth the price.

Great MedSpa! Brooks is absolutely amazing - I cannot recommend her enough for Botox. She makes the experience truly painless and she takes time to listen and understand exactly what you want. I am very particular about keeping it looking natural and never overdone and she nails it every time.

I absolutely love this beautiful spa! It is so much more though! Rachel is absolutely amazing! I cannot get over her true artistry! I say this because she is an artist! Her canvas is your face! I am Overjoyed with the results she has given me! Everyone here is absolutely so kind and so eager to help! Ashley is also a grade above the rest! I am so happy I found this place! I have lived in Charlotte all of my life and I am going to tell you this is the best place to go here in the Queen city! You are just not going to find more genuine, more professional, or more beautiful people on the inside, than you are going to find here! They treat you like family….And do wonders for your beauty needs!
