Buckle in, this is a long one! We made a large order from Ink Alley for our business merch and they were absolutely incredible from the jump. I made an inquiry and had the same person (shout out to John!) work with me every step of the way. Quick responses, gave me crewneck and t-shirt recommendations based on the fit I was looking for, and changed the designs for me a few times (im picky haha). Their team featured our merch on social media and tagged our business giving us some outreach & also an opportunity to share their posts and get our customers excited! Boxes arrived all together and way faster than I was expecting. Okay the merch though... AMAZING. the quality of the screen printing is so so nice and looks incredibly well done. the embroidery on the hats we ordered is super detailed and really made our logo look awesome. I personally love embroidery on the side or back panels of a hat, and its really hard to find a company that will embroider on the mesh of the hats- but Ink Alley did, and it didn't cost me an arm & a leg to do so. Their comfort colors tees are also softer than any ive ever purchased before- LOVE that. We've heard nothing but compliments from people that have worn our gear. We can't wait to order more from Ink Alley!
