This review is for the artist Des specifically! I’ve had two tattoos by her so far and my husband has had one, and can I just say I’m so glad we found her!! She is an incredibly talented artist who actually cares and puts in the effort to make sure every detail is perfect. Not only that, the time spent in her chair is always so fun! She is so positive and kind and genuinely cares about her clients, which is hard to find nowadays. I’ve got a long list of tattoos lined up and will definitely be going to Des for every one of them. Highly recommend, yall!

Jess is amazing! I didn't get my piercing there but she was a major help. My bar was way too short in my medusa piercing and she made the switch quick and as painless as possible. Since then, my swelling has reduced tremendously and i can manage the healing process. I've learned my lesson and will definitely go to her for future piercings

Late review, but I wanted to post because I am so happy I found this shop. I went in October to get both sides of my nostrils re pierced. I had Grace as my piercer and I absolutely loved her! She is the sweetest person and was extremely knowledgeable and proficient in her skill. What I loved most was how gentle she was. I've had nose piercings in the past and they were very painful. However with Grace, with her technique and gentleness, I barely even felt it. Would highly highly recommend her any day! On a different note, I had a crazy thing happen while camping during Thanksgiving. I some how managed to pull out my left nostril piercing!!! I called the shop the next day and spoke with Will and told him what happened. He was soooo helpful and even helped calm me down over the phone cause I was worried I lost my piercing for good. I went in that evening when I got back in town and was right away seen by the piercer Josh. He assessed my nose and was able to put a piece back in. He took his time and explained everything to me. Got something in quick and easy. And I left with something back in my nose. As I was leaving, Will came to check on me and make sure I was taken care of. He was so sweet and even celebrated with me cause my piercing was saved. Even with the busyness of the shop, he made sure I was good. The friendliness of the staff and professionalism is outstanding. I love the ascetic and cleanliness. And for me, the location too. I highly recommend this shop. And hopefully soon I'll be able to get some work done here too.

I decided to go to ink817 and wasn’t disappointed! Firstly everyone there is so nice and professional. The owner ! She’s the sweetest and really knows her stuff. The piercer Will !!! By far the best. He did the third ear lobe on both ears, and my rook. About a few days later I wanted him to check it to make sure it was doing okay only because it was sore he cleaned it for me and make sure everything looked okay. He’s very knowledgeable about placement and anatomy. If you want to go somewhere where you feel like family and a friend go to ink817 they’re all great !

Stopped by to get a piercing with my friends, I was a little nervous since i’m not from the area and the spot can seem to be in a sketchy area at first but as soon as we walked in we were immediately welcomed and greeted with smiles even though a lot of these artists were busy with other clients. We were taken care of quickly and everyone was so friendly! Paperwork was easy and any instructions were easy to follow plus the piercing was so quick and painless! When I have the chance I will 100% be coming back here! Thank you to Grace and her Co-workers for providing excellent service!!
