Jennifer is extremely rude and should probably not be on the phones. 11/30 a holiday weekend she screamed at me for trying to book an online phone appointment, and hung up the phone. It’s VERY sad and off putting that at a metaphysical store that should radiate positive energy and good vibes, has someone so rude and nasty answering the phones, just pouring out negativity and bad energy to customers looking to support inner path and the business. Getting an experience like this makes you forget about all of the wonderful readers and employees at inner path. While trying to book the next available appointment Jennifer hung up on me, once I called back and nicely I asked to speak with a manger to schedule an appointment, she then loudly screamed if you understand there are no readers available today, why do you keep on calling us!?. (I was looking to book a next available appointment for another day). I guess this is how inner path treats customers and clients of years looking to book appointments. Their phone service has completely shifted with employees like this !If you want to be treated rude with employees with bad energy, call this location. VERY sad. This is supposed to be a metaphysical store !
Joyce, Jenifer, and Janet did an amazing job helping us find my mom’s birthday gift. We had a blast joking and laughing with them! Absolutely great atmosphere and amazing vibes.
I love visiting this store whenever I am in Indianapolis. They have a great variety of spiritual and interesting items. There's something here for everyone. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I recommend Inner Path to anyone looking for something inspiring and unique.
I love this place and it has become my go to after the radish had to move locations. I was not familiar with it before this and I have trouble going outside places I find comfort in... but I am really happy circumstances and location pushed me here. There is such a wide variety for all religions, spiritualities, and alternative unique belief systems. Inner path has to be one of my top fav metaphysical shops. Micky- Michele, was there first person I bonded with when I was in a bad place along my healing journey after losing my baby.... she helped lead me in the correct directions when I was so lost. Everyone there is so kind and open, willing to help. I have bonded now with many people there they are amazing... and many of them truly have unique abilities to sense things most people cannot. The prices are really great ranging from $1- to any price range. You can get true quality at any price. They have everything you can think of there a spirituality, religious, or practioner of ritual may be seeking... though I am not sure if authentic ethically procured bones and bugs are an option.
Very large store with lots of products. Organized, with kind, helpful people. When looking through crystals/stones there were many cool options and employees were more than happy to help. They have a wide selection of healing products, oils, accessories, stones, and surprisingly many books. Cons: This store does sell white sage, which is know to be an appropriation of native American culture. It also sells Non-native american sourced dream catchers. Their fish tank is very cool, but it also needs cleaned and has an excess of bacteria. Overall, a good store, with kind employees. But the owners should look into improving their understanding of how selling white sage and dreamcatchers negatively impacts Native Americans.
