This team came above and beyond. I called them late morning, like 10:30am. The service person was amazing! They took all of my information and sent me a quote within minutes. The quote was fair and affordable. They called me and said the part would be there at two and they’d have it done by six. They did that!!! Same day. I’m not saying everyone can get same day service but I did. I feel like they’ll do it if they can. The service was fast and efficient. I made the phone call but they responded with text unless they actually needed to talk to you. If they can work on your car, I’d take it there.

I just absolutely LOVE and will support small businesses, especially family owned businesses. First-time customer of INNOVATIVE Auto service and they were completely professional and friendly. I made an appointment, arrived on time and within 30 minutes, they completed my oil and filter change while I waited in their neat and clean waiting area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way. EXCELLENT! I WILL be back!

Everything went great after Johnny fixed both sides on my suspension problems. I feel safe driving again & drove on highway yesterday. Was a great feeling having a reliable car to drive & I had alignment done immediately after work was complete. Appreciate everyone’s help & will refer my friends. Job well done Thank you so much!!!!

I can’t believe I’m just now writing this review, but better late than never. If you ever need your car worked on Innovative is the best place to start! The staff is exceptional. They are respectful and some of the friendliest people I’ve dealt with in a business. Their prices for fixing your car are fair and they guarantee their work 100 percent! I can’t say enough great things about Innovative and seriously when you ever need car work make them your first call I promise you won’t regret it!
