Freddy Ayon and his team were excellent. Freddy had come out last year to replace shingles lost in a storm. Likewise this year, Freddy came out to evaluate and replace lost shingles and suggested a complete replacement for my 17-year-old roof. No pressure at all! He provided me with quotes for both a Class 3 and a Class 4 roof and after I made my selection, Freddy's team was already at my house in a couple days. The replacement took 2 days because of very high winds and he took care to call off building until the next day for the safety of his crew that I really liked. Freddy or one of his team would keep me apprised throughout the process, and I am completely satisfied with his team's work. I will definitely recommend Freddy Ayon and his team at Innovative Roofing for any roofing needs.

My experience back in 2022 was terrible with these guys. They gave me an initial estimate for 8k, they then found out the insurance had given me a check for 13k, well guess what they reached out to the insurance and took the whole 13k. What happened to the initial estimate of 8k? This company is not honest. Never again will I use them.
