Kenneth came on time, was informative and polite before beginning and when he finished. I didn't follow him around; I trust that he sorayed all of the front and back areas on our list. I appreciate the work done!

Lawrence was our service That was supposed to be here at three but He called me at 1:30 and asked if he could come early exactly at 2 o’clock. Lawrence arrived in introduced himself walked me through what he was going to do. Lawrence is Down to earth friendlyabd knowledgeable informal and was open to all my questions and was able to work and hold a conversation and do his work. The Worked Fast and Lawrence did a wonderful job with a Smile. He informed me every time he was Finished Plus, walking me through what he did and asked if I was happy with the end result before starting a new projectand. I couldn’t get over a professional he was and he left no hole or stoned opened or unturned. I don’t know what I am more impressed with his professionalism or his work. Thank you Lawrence Update Dec 15,2026 Are HeroLawrence return to fight his nemesis the great Field mouse aka The Magician!! All the trap 🪤 had no power to stop The Magician and at night you can hear the The great mouse laugh at Lawrence. Lawrence look over the work he did last time and used his trusty little black light and found the monster pee marks and Poop. Lawrence set up new traps and replaced the old traps. Lawrence will return in two weeks so let’s see if he Caught his nemesis. The Narvaez family is grateful of Lawrence and all his hard work.

If I could give zero stars I would. They schedule service when I’m not available. I’ve told them many times about the scheduling conflicts I am having nothing was resolved. I get charged for a full service inside as well and they go when I’m not home. They have went a total of 2 times to my home and have charged me way over the price of other companies. The salespeople are scammy. I went to another service and am much happier. I’d be aware of them and triple check everything. Charged cards they should of and just made a huge mess.

Koby is Respectful ,friendly,prompt good at his job. Although I’m still seeing a lot of 🕷️ insect/ 🪳 roach activity I’m not too convinced that they have the best solution as I was promised when I was convinced to sign up with them for a year but it’s always nice to have friendly service! Keep up the good work Koby!!
