Thieves. I had a balance left over on my previous year and ALL the funds came out of me pay but over $300 was left on the card and it did not transfer to my current year FSA when I called to ask about it they said it's a loan and they are not required to pay be back those funds. I was only able to use it for the '23 visits and I would have to submit it for approval if I paid out of pocket. They do not have any online pay options in the year 2024 you have to send a check or money order that takes months to be processed. I will be spending every cent on this card and send it a mass communication to my company. Hopefully we can use Fidelity FSA instead because this is trash.

From someone who has not had a lot of financial planning before, Avery and Luke have been great! They have helped me with the swift process they implement. It has been simple and easy to work with them. These guys are very informed and knowledgeable which has led to extremely proactive meetings. The group at INSPiRE are in it for their clients best interest, and are advocates for the people. Definitely will be referring everyone I know to them!
