I am giving 2 stars because the people I actually dealt with were at least friendly and polite. I went in to this experience fully prepared to make the financial commitment, so I didn’t need much convincing. I set an initial consult and met with a gentleman (forgot his name) for a 30 minute intake consultation. On time and professional, so no problems there. Next step was blood work. I asked to use local Quest since I live about an hour away. I followed up a couple of times because I was confused about process and was told Quest would have my orders and just set an appt. I fasted and went to Quest. They did not have orders. Luckily, I was able to access them, but it took time for them to load everything. Then the nurse said there was a code for a spinal tap! We called and they couldn’t give a verbal so I had to wait for Dr to call back. A 10 minute appt now wasted 1.5 hrs. Next step was appt with Dr. They called, text and emailed telling me to be early, which I was. Sat in waiting room for half an hour before leaving as no one even acknowledged the Dr’s tardiness. Ironically, they made me sign a cancellation policy stating they would charge me if I wasted their time. For a group asking for a substantial investment from patients, they sure don’t value their time. Might be good for retired person with lots of time and money to burn, but I’m a business owner and this essentially cost me for nothing in return.
