Bailey was great at helping us transition our phone plans and upgrade to the newest iPhone for myself and daughter. She was informative and thorough and explained tech details in an easy-to-understand manner that was greatly appreciated! The thing that amazed me most about my experience with Bailey’s help was her outstanding ability to be professional and personable throughout the entire process-even while waiting for internet connection and password changes—she was great!

Best customer service I have ever had at a phone store. Isabell went well out of her way to help me get a phone, and switched over from my previous T-mobile plan. She was friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable on the phones and their plans. I can not thank her enough. If I could give her more then a 5 star review I would. Will 100% be going to her with my phone needs and questions. Very happy with the whole experience and love my new phone. Keep up the good work Isabell!

I don’t usually leave reviews but wanted to since I received such great service. I was shopping and wasn’t really looking to change cell phone providers but Isabell was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable with what was being offered, I was excited to switch over to AT&T. The process was smooth and and I’m loving my new phone. Highly recommend!
