I've been getting massages from Nicole and I couldn't have had a more satifying and relaxing experience. Nicole is thorough in what she does and is extremely skilled! Her massaging techniques are so unique and her ability to use the exact amount of pressure needed is commendable as well. What I really like about Nicole is that, she's very present in the moment and thoroughly invested in the massage experience, as much as the client is. During all my sessions with her, she has come to take me in - sharp on time & begins the massage without wasting much time, which I truly appreciate. I also love how she gives a shoulder and neck massage and always ends it with a head massage! :) Thank you Nicole!

I always enjoy my visits to Integrated Therapies. It's easy to find, lots of nearby parking, and a very calm and relaxing vibe once you step inside. I had a great deep tissue massage by Nadia. She was professional, a great listener, and checked in periodically to ensure I was comfortable and happy with the service as the appointment continued. I left feeling very relaxed. Would definitely recommend booking with her!

My previous therapist moved, and so I decided to try Integrated Therapies. The office is in a beautiful old house, and there is a comfortable waiting room with water. Therapy room was comfortable, well equipped with a modern, comfortable table and sheets. I booked a 90-minute deep tissue massage with Nerissa, and it was most excellent. Pressure was perfect, firm but not painful. Therapist was professional, friendly, and skillful. I have chronic lower-back stiffness, and I am feeling loose and great today! I highly recommend!
