This was my first experience with acupuncture and it will definitely not be my last. Dr Heidi answered all my questions and showed great interest in me, not just as a patient but as a person. I would highly recommend this practice.

Heidi and her wonderful staff at Integrative Wellness Center have changed my life for the better. I do not exaggerate when I say that she helped me have my child. Her supportive and calm treatments augmented the IVF process, and regular treatments helped me feel better than I have in years, even during the notoriously uncomfortable IVF process! Heidi also found a root cause of a long-term autoimmune issue and helped me manage it with both acupuncture and herbs. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Heidi was an incredible support throughout my 2020-2023 fertility journey, which included two IVF retrievals, six transfers, and resulted in two live births. Her acupuncture treatments were invaluable every step of the way, providing both relaxation, a trusted space to discuss progress, and ultimately, what I believe was a tangible and essential support for my body (particularly my thin lining issues). Heidi's knowledge of fertility, pregnancy, and delivery support acupuncture is clear, and she tailored each session to my specific needs. I highly recommend Dr Heidi Kao's clinic for health and wellness concerns especially for pregnancy and trying to conceive. Heidi, Eve, and the rest of the team supported my long and difficult fertility journey with expert care and also treated a number of other issues and injuries along the way. Each practitioner has their own style but they all worked together to make sure I was healthy and well.

Heidi is my miracle worker! After years of trying (since 2021) with IUIs and a round of unsuccessful IVF, we turned to Heidi for help. Along with lifestyle changes and seeing her weekly, we naturally conceived in about 6 months. I truly credit her special care, attention, and advice to help us finally have our baby due July 2025! She advised us on Chinese herbal medicine which I took along with my weekly sessions. She also started seeing my husband who benefited from decreased anxiety and stress.
