I am so pleased with the service that I received here! They went above and beyond to help me to get all of my taxes straight! It’s been a few years since I had filed and I was so happy to have somebody walk me through everything take care of everything and give me comfort in knowing that I was getting the best service possible! They were professional, kind, and extremely helpful! I recommend them to anybody and everybody! LaDonna is an amazing person and I am so grateful for all of her help!

Never again.. it was horrible experience this past tax year with filing wrong child for 1. And then literally charged me over $1200 for messed up taxes after I sent all correct information social security numbers and childrens name copies of cards of all my children and she still filed wrong child.. I used them in 2023 and the price had more than tripled this past tax year with me waiting over 6 weeks for my taxes. Very unprofessional. And never again. Do your own taxes I ended up giving them $1300 Trust me file your own stuff for $30.. I’ve never ever paid this much to anyone and for you to file a child that’s grown is ridiculous!! They will never get a dime from me ever!!!

Happy with the amount of tax we will be receiving but not the turn around time. No one is hardly in the office and its been a week since our IRS app said it was deposited but haven't received the check. IRS is a joke but ITS has done well with their help. Only doing 4 stars due to no one being in office lately.
