I spotted a bug problem and they came over the same day. They laid traps too so I could see if I needed the extra service (included no extra charge) for another treatment which I did not need. If I need a bug or pest solution this is who I would call.

I called and He came in less than 20 mins. Keith came and pointed out all the holes where a mice could be entering and threw out old traps for me. Really great job

This Pest Control Service is THE BEST you will EVER find! I live in a 3-story, multi-unit apartment complex in South Shore, Chicago. I was out of town for 3 weeks and came back to find MICE DROPPINGS in my kitchen! I was disgusted! My building has an exterminator on call but I refused to wait and be bogged down with red tape. I went to Google and typed in “exterminators near me.” One of the first listings was INTENSE! Pest Control. Since my problem was "INTENSE," you know who I called! :-) I called early the very next morning and was AMAZED to get a SAME DAY PM appointment. Keyth D. showed up and IMMEDIATELY began to survey my ENTIRE apartment. He found the mouse entry points and immediately plugged them. He then laid strategically placed trapping throughout. He then FULLY EXPLAINED the process, what to expect going forward, as well as next steps. Sure enough -- within 1 to 2 days, the TRAPS WORKED!!! I called Keyth, reported my results, and he soon returned to complete the removal process. I was THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED. PLEASE --- DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME calling other companies. If you NEED RESULTS, CALL INTENSE PEST CONTROL!!!!
