This Pest Control Service is THE BEST you will EVER find! I live in a 3-story, multi-unit apartment complex in South Shore, Chicago. I was out of town for 3 weeks and came back to find MICE DROPPINGS in my kitchen! I was disgusted! My building has an exterminator on call but I refused to wait and be bogged down with red tape. I went to Google and typed in “exterminators near me.” One of the first listings was INTENSE! Pest Control. Since my problem was "INTENSE," you know who I called! :-) I called early the very next morning and was AMAZED to get a SAME DAY PM appointment. Keyth D. showed up and IMMEDIATELY began to survey my ENTIRE apartment. He found the mouse entry points and immediately plugged them. He then laid strategically placed trapping throughout. He then FULLY EXPLAINED the process, what to expect going forward, as well as next steps. Sure enough -- within 1 to 2 days, the TRAPS WORKED!!! I called Keyth, reported my results, and he soon returned to complete the removal process. I was THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED. PLEASE --- DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME calling other companies. If you NEED RESULTS, CALL INTENSE PEST CONTROL!!!!

Professional, Reliable, and Great Customer Service I’ve had such a smooth experience with Intense Pest Control. From the very first call, the person handling the phone was incredibly professional, helpful, and patient even when I had to reschedule a couple of times due to changes on my end. They were always accommodating and followed through without issue. Quincy, the technician who came out, was excellent, he took the time to explain things clearly and handled the situation efficiently. This is clearly a business that takes pride in its work and customer satisfaction. They even took the extra step of updating my receipt when I requested it, no stress, no runaround. I really appreciate that level of service. I’d be more than happy to use them again in the future and definitely recommend them to others!

Wonderful service! I have used their services twice this year, and they are absolutely efficient at killing infestations. When purchasing my new home, the previous renters left behind a mean roach infestation. I used many service providers prior to Intense! Pest Control, to no real avail. However, after one service with Intense! the infestation was no more. Their 30 day guarantee, was really truly for good measure and peace of mind. Months later no return. Now I have a mean ant infestation, and I knew exactly who to call. Always professional and accurate. Quincy was very thorough!
