Couldn’t have done our move without them, Alexandru, Jack and team made the move an absolute dream. Incredibly hard working, polite and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking to move!

Huge shout out to Shane, Ben and Jayden who did an absolutely fab job on our move. They arrived early, helped us finish packing up, and even dismantled and reassembled furniture at the other end, which was such a huge help. They were friendly, polite, and professional throughout and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy and well organised. I honestly cannot rate them highly enough and am so glad we chose this company. Also a big thank you to Tom, who did our initial consultation. He was great too, very helpful and informative from the start.

Booked with intercity removals as I had used them about 10 years ago and was happy with them then and was very happy with them on this move. I had David George and Vlad they arrived promptly and introduced themselves and got straight to work. They checked everything with us and everything went smoothly they were so helpful and friendly. This is only a temporary move and will be moving in the new year I will definitely use Intercity Removals again and hope I'm lucky enough to get these three again. Thank you for making this go smoothly.

Outstanding performance in all areas of their business. Collection in Wales, storage, transit and customs, delivery in Italy - flawless service throughout, with excellent communication and end-to-end professionalism, with a friendly, approachable manner. This is the second time Intercity Removals have moved us from UK to Europe and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone making a move. Thank you for your great customer service and excellent value for money. Every single item arrived in exactly the same condition it was packed - perfetto! Even my Regency period crystal glasses, 200 years old and the very definition of fragile, arrived in perfect condition (see photo). 100% satisfaction.
