I really wanted to like taking my baby here, but I’m feeling like we were deceived and are now stuck with a fat bill for what we thought was a well child visit. We were recommended 2 day, 1 week, 2 week, 1 month and 2 month well child visits (the standard is 2 day, 2 week, 2 month if babe is doing well). Babe was doing well, weight loss within normal limits, combo feeding and taking the bottle well, no jaundice, etc. When I asked why we had so many visits, our provider Sammy told us that’s their standard for new parents since so many changes happen in the first 2 months of life. So we went ahead and attended those visits. Two months later, we receive a bill for a problem visit claiming there were issues with feeding that required higher level decision making (our feeding plan was not changed after that visit), and an extra charge for a long visit. This is a visit where we had no questions, quickly agreed to vaccinations, but the provider insisted on explaining each individual vaccine, stopped talking every time baby cried (she’s a newborn, she cries!!), and offered a non-FDA approved pre-biotic treatment for gut health that we promptly declined. I am a new mom with no concerns- I want a short visit with anticipatory guidance in my after visit summary. We’ve asked for a review of their coding to which they reviewed and made no changes. We are switching clinics. Pros: providers wear masks, little to no wait time, friendly provider. Cons: old building/clinic, long visits, providers offering non-FDA approved treatments, questionable billing practices.

We've had a great experience at Intergalactic Pediatrics so far. The nurse was super efficient, quickly administering the injection to our child's hand. She also provided a helpful reminder about the upcoming wellness appointment for the kids.

We couldn’t be happier with Dr. Kass and his staff. They are incredibly helpful, personable, and kind—everything you hope for in someone caring for your child. They take the time to listen to concerns, explain things clearly, and make every visit feel calm and reassuring. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond to make families feel supported. We feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful doctor and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional pediatric care.

I cannot say enough good things about Intergalactic Pediatrics. This place has been so incredibly helpful, not only with getting vaccines, but also with providing us with information about how and when to get COVID-19 shots. And this isn’t even our pediatrician! They also will vaccinate in the parking lot so you don’t even have to go inside. We make a trip up north every year for my daughter to get her vaccines here.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great first visit at Intergalactic Pediatrics! Our provider took a very thorough history and made us feel comfortable from the start. Ankith was informative, shared helpful tools and resources, and even provided links we could use at home to support our child’s care. Everything felt well-organized and very family-friendly. Looking forward to more visits and continued care here!
