Our experience with Interior Secrets did not meet expectations. Despite multiple visits to the Melbourne showroom, the delivered products presented significant issues. A substantial investment was made across multiple items. The initial dining table arrived damaged and required a return, leading to an extended wait before an alternative selection was made. Dining chairs exhibited manufacturing defects, necessitating three returns before a refund was ultimately issued. The Rowe sofa, after a 3-4 month wait, proved unsatisfactory due to its firmness, necessitating a refund as well; the product received did not align with the showroom display. While the product quality was disappointing, the communication and refund processes were handled efficiently.

Just wanted to say thank you for the prompt turn around time! I ordered this Tv Unit online and it arrived a week later, interstate! Beyond happy with the quality of the unit. When I rang customer service with a question about my purchase they were so friendly and helpful to deal with also. Will definitely be using you guys for future purchases.

Beautiful pieces and excellent customer service. The communication from staff via email was speedy and accurate. They shipped 2 separate pieces to me in Sydney and I was very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of the furniture. The staff were also extremely helpful in suggesting a coffee table match with a tv unit I bought a few months earlier. I would highly recommend Interior Secrets
