My aftermarket remote start key fob was unsynced, and I was stuck. I stopped in, and Ben quickly took a look, getting my fob fully operational in less than 10 minutes. The entire service was incredibly fast, friendly, and painless. I really appreciated Ben's assistance and transparency. He didn't just fix the issue, but he took the time to teach me the steps to resync the fob myself, which is a rare display of genuine customer care. After struggling with high service quotes elsewhere, Ben's quick, helpful solution proved that this business truly values its customers. I have an older (2013) Ford F150 with the first gen. Sync. I wanted to upgrade to a more modern system using Apple Car Play. Ben was very helpful picking out the just the right equipment for my vehicle. He installed it in 1 day and it looks every bit as good as the factory radio, maybe even better. I am very happy the way it turned out and highly recommend Ben. I am a very satisfied customer.

Honestly no complaints, and I definitely recommend stopping in if you’re looking for work done. Process was quick and easy. I believe his name was Ben, he had my system sounding way better than when I dropped it off. After taking my car to another shop I got quoted almost $700 to reinstall my whole system. Took it here, explained what I thought the problem was, set an appointment to drop my car off after work sometime. I was able to pick it up next day by lunch, with the problem solved and then some!
