I am a contractor in Islamorada , after several bad experiences with local tile stores I learned n I never knew tile was bootlegged . I found this seller as an authorized retailer for designer tile and have to say , Products are top notch and service is 5stars . Highly recommend ..

Unbelievably great customer service! Matan went above and beyond to source me a replacement parts for my 25 year old Raimondi wet saw. They've earned my business! Best prices and best service. I will order from them again.

The customer service is excellent. They shipped the wrong item but when I called, a real person picked up the phone without me being put through the 9 circles of automated hell. They promised to identify and locate the correct item and called me back the same day and they did! They shipped me the item right away and told me to keep the first one they shipped. I would have been happy to ship it back to them but I guess it's more trouble than it is worth. They were courteous and responsive. Would definitely buy from them again.
