Out of the 3 optometry offices I've been to, this is the best one. All the staff were very welcoming the moment I walked in. Dr. Le professionally and kindly completed my vision exam with lots of helpful information. This is by far my favorite optometry and I would recommend for everyone to visit. International Optometry has some of the kindest staff who are always so kind and polite to me, and make me feel well taken care of and welcomed! They’re so considerate and even remember the clients that have, with details from past conversations unforgotten! I came here when I was still in high school for my first ever appointment, and two years later it feels like going back and chatting like no time passed at all. The owner was nice enough to give me a red envelope for lunar new year, and just this act of good will makes me wish that every optometrist and optometry businesses were this welcoming! If you’re considering getting an appointment here, I cannot cheer you on and encourage you to more!
I've had the best experiences at International Optometry. It's all due to great customer service, always. The very polite and accommodating Vivian, always goes above and beyond to assist me. She's patient with all my questions and is very informative. Been going here for about a decade and the service is always wonderful. Thank you, Vivian for all your help!
I have always left International Optometry with a smile on my face and feeling very well taken care of. I have complete confidence in Dr Le to take care of my eyes and make sure I understand the decisions she makes with me about my prescriptions. But more importantly, the customer service here is incredible! Before my last appointment, they ran my insurance info ahead of time and flagged for me that my insurance had lapsed, and made sure to do this before providing me any services that I would then need to pay for OOP. I mentioned to them that I was running out of contacts and this insurance delay issue wasn't helping, and they went ahead and ordered me samples to hold me over without me even asking! The atmosphere in this office is very comfortable and friendly, and I feel personally and professionally cared for, which is all you can ask for in an eye doc!
I've seen Dr. Le for over 10 years, and love the friendliness of all their staff. Dr. Le is always honest and caring about my needs, always answering questions I have about my vision. She is honest about the pricing and the choices I have and has provided me with wonderful eye care for the past decade. The staff is always accommodating to my needs and always made sure I am comfortable. During this pandemic, I had my annual eye exam, and the office was very dedicated to keep everyone safe, sanitizing everything after each use. I really appreciate the thought and care that everyone put in to continue to provide quality care for every client. I would definitely recommend Dr. Le if you are looking for a local optometrist.
