★☆☆☆☆ – Poor quality and zero customer service I had my gate installed by International Ornamental Iron Works, INC a few years back, and the quality has not held up at all. The gate started rusting, the paint began chipping off, and there’s a strange white residue forming on the metal. I’ve called and emailed the company several times over the years, and every time I was told someone would get back to me but no one ever did. No follow-up, no fixes, nothing. For what I paid, I expected much better craftsmanship and at least some level of customer service. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I highly recommend this ironworks company based on their professionalism and meticulous work. They expertly installed metal boxes around the key keeper and gate latch to deter break-ins. They made sure the security gate was operable and even spray-painted to improve its appearance!
