I have been using IU for about 8 months now. They are excellent. Great customer service, especially appreciate working with Martha Vazquez. She has been very diligent with following up on billing issues and has provided great support. IU has been helping my company communicate with a family that only speaks Turkish. We provide services to the disabled, so it is really helpful to have good translators who work hard to assist us.

We have used this company for interpretation services as needed in our school district. The staff has been professional and helpful, even when we needed last minute assistance. Martha was very helpful in aiding us as needed with any billing questions that needed to be addressed. This is a great company to utilize if you need translation services.

I am a doctor that regularly needs interpretation services for non-English speaking patients. Unfortunately I have found this company to be inconsistent at best in providing reliable interpreters. Some of the problems I have had include interpreters not showing up, showing up 20-30 minutes late, someone other than the requested interpreter showing up, staff refusing to help me schedule for an interpreter, etc. Overall things work fine about 60-70% of the time. It's the other 30-40% that have caused so much frustration that I have stopped using their services. I tried to report these problems to their operational manager (Laura) but I am still waiting to get a response back after leaving several messages and waiting several weeks.
