Staff is so professional and friendly here. And they all treat my dog with TLC even tho she’s always super scared going in there. I’m scared too, but of the bill that I am presented with at the end which usually a shocker. That would be my ONLY negative about this vet. To me, the prices for their services are very expensive. I suggest that more discussion is had upfront with the doggie parents about the costs they are about to incur for Fido’s annual exam/shots, etc.

I’ve been with Dr. Carlson and Dr. Huggins since 2012 and this is the only place I bring all my animals. They are both very knowledgeable and caring veterinarians I trust whole heartedly. These doctors really care about their patients and also the human/pet relationship. They really know what’s best. My sweet Biscuit was seen for enlarged lymph nodes. We aspirated and sent it to the lab several times that came back as reactive lymph nodes. But Dr. Carlson knew - he knew and had a gut feeling it was lymphoma. We ultimately biopsied one of his lymph nodes and it came back as lymphoma. I’ve always trusted him, but since then I even trust on his expertise even more! He saved my dog. We were able to start treatment quickly after seeing an oncologist - he ultimately went into remission and we were able to get 6 More years with him. The staff here is amazing. They try their very best to give high quality care. They were able to fit my golden Cooper in last minute for his dental. And kept me up to date when it came to needing teeth extractions. I highly highly recommend Intown Animal Hospital.

Dr. Carlson and Intown Animal Hospital were referred to me by a friend 10+ years ago and I have never looked back. All of the vets I’ve seen there have treated my dog and cats with compassion and skill. Dr. Carlson has excellent bedside demeanor, takes lots of time to explain things and is extremely knowledgeable. He answers emails truly cares about his patients. I’ve had great results. The vet techs are also very caring and give gentle care. There are not enough good things to say about Intown and Dr. Carlson and our family feels very fortunate to have people and care of this caliber in our neighborhood. Thank you for everything, Dr. Carlson!

We have used Intown [both locations] for several years. Dr. White and the staff at both locations have been very caring, courteous and helpful to us and our dog. Appointments are generally easy to get. We would recommend Intown for any dog care you need. We also find it very helpful to see the same veterinarian a high percentage of the time as contrasted with the pet-HMO type of practice. Finally, we believe Dr. White is the best vet we’ve had in the 55 years of dog companionship.

The best vet in Atlanta! My 13 year old Lhasa apso has been seeing Dr. Carlson since he was a puppy. See most recent photo just this week! I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Dr. Carlson is beyond knowledgeable, thorough as well as compassionate. His staff is A+ too!
