I am a first time home buyer and was recommended Allison Briles from this place, and I couldn't have asked for a better first agent! She was informative, got things done in a timely manner, responsive, and everything you can think of in a amazing agent! When it got time to the process of getting everything submitted for the house buying process, she helped out in getting contacts for inspections, recommending things to be inspected, and any thing else that was needed for the 1st few weeks after an offer was accepted. If you are in the phase of looking for an agent, I would recommend Allison Briles!

Leatrice truly exceeded my expectations. She listened carefully to our requirements and found our dream home. She guided us through the entire process, from the search to the paperwork, with incredible ease. What stands out most is her impeccable attention to detail. Stephen came out and had a plan. We were going away for weekend, so he planned an open house. It was set for that weekend we were away and when we got home had a couple offers. So, needless to say, we were very happy about it. Thank you for all you did from advertisements of open house to early signing & just your support through the whole process of selling our home. He even keeps in touch with us making sure that we are doing well. Appreciate everything!!!!

I can’t say enough about the great job Jessica Christopher did for us in finding and securing a home for my daughter, son-in-law and little granddaughter! She is very pleasant and easy to work with but determined and firm enough to make sure all the negotiations were the best for us. She was available and patient with our needs and found the answers to our questions. She understood what we were looking for and payed close attention to those details. We found a great home but had delays/ issues with the sellers. She was great tracking down and following up the things that needed to be completed. When the rubber met the road she got in there and made sure the job was done and every point on the contract completed! I have been very pleased with Jessica in every way and highly recommend her for all your real estate needs. You will not regret it!
