Have had excellent service from Investors Edge for over 3 years and want to recommend Nicole Casey who has been fantastic since she took over as property manager. She recently solved a difficult problem involving some internal damages to my unit whilst dealing with a complex strata situation that was proving a big obstacle to resolving the situation. Nicole had to be very proactive and professional throughout in dealing with strata and was able to deliver the desired outcome that might not have been possible without her commitment to getting the job done. Would highly recommend Nicole as a property manager.

We had an excellent experience with our property manager, Nicole Casey. She was incredibly supportive throughout our tenancy and always made sure everything was handled smoothly and professionally. When our lease came to an end, Nicole went above and beyond by helping us find a new home, which we truly appreciated. She managed all processes, including the bond, efficiently and with great communication. We highly recommend Nicole for her fantastic service and dedication. 👍👍👍

Jarrad and his team have been an incredible asset to the process of selling our investment property. When I first engaged Jarrad, he went out to the property to inspect it. He gave me a list of improvements we should make to help us get the most out of the sale. After completing most things and then getting staging done (another recommendation by Jarrad) we went to market. Right after we had our home open half of the visitors made offers and 3 of them came in $100,000 or more over asking. We finally landed on the highest offer which was $125,000 of what we were asking!!! I can confidently say that this was because of Jarrad approach and his strong negotiation skills. I cannot be any happier with the final outcome and I am now pleased to say that we'll be able to comepletely pay off our mortgage due to the outcome that Jarrad help us achieve while selling this property!!! Thanks again Jarrad, we could not have done it without you.
