I made an online appointment, received several text and email reminders which I took as a good sign, only to show up and he is nowhere to be found. After calling and texting with no response, I called a 2nd time and he finally picked up to tell me that I should go to the Genius Bar because he can’t fix my battery without also replacing my screen thus it would be cheaper to go to Apple. Mind you I can hear in the background that he is clearly at an event of some sort so he obviously forgot or had no intention of making our appointment. While I appreciated his insight about the battery, I expressed to him my disappointment that he hadn’t just told me that via email when I booked the appointment because the booking had my model number. I drove 50 min to get there so to say I was pissed is an understatement.
